Shopping with Lovoello Elizabeth is very easy, just follow these steps;

  • View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
  • Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  • If you would like to process your order you can do so by either checking out or clicking view cart at the top on the page.
  • Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • You will receive a "Thank You" email confirming your order!


EXCHANGE ONLY! All exchange must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) after item is received, reviewed and confirmed new item(s) will be shipped with new shipping confirmation.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

My order won’t go through. What should I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

What is your returns policy?

Exchange only! Lovello Elizabeth reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries, 7 to 10 working days.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

Periodically, all items are limited items please get them while in stock.
