Shopping with Lovoello Elizabeth is very easy, just follow these steps;

View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you would like to process your order you can do so by either checking out or clicking view cart at the top on the page.
Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
You will receive a "Thank You" email confirming your order!

    NO RETURNS / EXCHANGE ONLY

    Lovello Elizabeth gladly accepts exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date for an exchange only. Refunds are not acceptable.

    My order won’t go through. What should I do?

    If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

    What is your return policy?

    No returns, only exchange. Lovello Elizabeth gladly accepts exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date for an exchange only. Refunds are not acceptable
     

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries, 7 to 10 working days.

    Are out-of-stock items restocked?

    Periodically, all items are limited items please get them while in stock.
