Returns & Exchanges
Lovello Elizabeth gladly accepts exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges and store credit are the only methods of return available. Items cannot be returned for a dollar amount. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are final sale.

As of May 1, 2022, return labels for returns or exchanges will now be paid for by the customer requesting the return or exchange.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we do not wish to interrupt our warehouse’s workflow. By confirming your order, you agree to these terms.
Shipping
All items ship within 7-10 business days.
No, they cannot. We will ship the orders out as they are placed. Also, shipping cost cannot and will not be refunded if orders are made consecutively.
No, orders cannot be modified once they are placed. An item's size, color, and other changes cannot be changed once placed.
Changes in addresses can be requested before shipment.
We use UPS for all domestic and international orders.
